Welcome to ASignal ("the Platform"), operated by ASignal ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner — including visiting the website, creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or using any feature — you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all access to and use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.

ASignal is an artificial intelligence-powered stock market analysis platform. The Platform employs a multi-agent system consisting of specialized AI agents that collect, process, and analyze publicly available financial data — including but not limited to market prices, technical indicators, fundamental metrics, earnings data, financial news, and social media sentiment — to produce analytical outputs ("Signals").

Signals include, without limitation: directional verdicts (Bullish, Bearish, or Neutral), confidence scores, proprietary ASignal Rank (AS-Rank) ratings, investment framework analyses, price targets, risk metrics, and clustering analysis. These outputs are generated algorithmically and are subject to change without notice.

The Platform offers the following service tiers:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform — including features, pricing, availability, or the number and configuration of AI agents — at any time, with or without notice.

THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ALL SIGNALS, ANALYSES, SCORES, RATINGS, PRICE TARGETS, FORECASTS, AND ANY OTHER OUTPUT GENERATED BY OUR AI AGENTS, IS PROVIDED STRICTLY FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

ASignal is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, tax advisor, or fiduciary under any applicable federal, state, or international securities laws or regulations, including but not limited to the U.S. Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID II), or any equivalent legislation in any jurisdiction.

No content on the Platform constitutes, or should be construed as, a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or hold any security, financial product, or investment strategy. All Signals represent the probabilistic output of algorithmic models based on historical and current data. They are not personalized investment advice.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Trading and investing in securities involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire invested capital.
• Past performance of any Signal, analysis, or algorithmic model is not indicative of, and does not guarantee, future results.
• You are solely and exclusively responsible for all investment decisions you make, regardless of whether such decisions are informed by outputs from the Platform.
• You should consult with a qualified, licensed financial professional before making any investment decisions.
• The Company shall bear no responsibility or liability for any trading losses, opportunity costs, or financial harm arising from your reliance on the Platform's outputs.

ASignal aggregates and processes publicly available financial data from third-party sources including, but not limited to, stock exchanges, financial news providers (e.g., Bloomberg, CNBC, SeekingAlpha, Reuters), social media platforms, and market data APIs. We do not independently verify the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data provided by these third-party sources.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Third-party data may contain errors, omissions, or delays that are beyond our control.
• The Platform's analytical outputs are only as reliable as the underlying data they are based on.
• Market data, including prices, volumes, and financial metrics, may be delayed or differ from real-time exchange data.
• The Company makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data displayed on or used by the Platform.
• You act on any information obtained from the Platform entirely at your own risk.

To use the Platform, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your password and any associated authentication tokens. You agree to notify us immediately at the contact information provided herein upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials or from any unauthorized use of your account that is not directly and solely caused by our gross negligence.

The Signal Plan is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis, billed in advance at the beginning of each billing cycle. Payments are processed securely by Dodo Payments. ASignal is the seller of record for all orders. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method through Dodo Payments.

New Signal Plan subscribers are entitled to a three (3) day free trial period. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial period expires, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable fee.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation of a monthly subscription, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing period. Annual subscriptions include a 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but provide access for the full annual term. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following thirty (30) days' advance notice delivered via the email address associated with your account or through a notice posted on the Platform.

All content, features, functionality, software, code, algorithms, agent architectures, user interface designs, trade dress, trademarks, service marks (including "ASignal," "AS-Rank," and associated logos), Signal outputs, analytical methodologies, and all other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the Platform are the exclusive property of ASignal or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software or algorithms used by the Platform;
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, or use any automated means to access or extract data from the Platform;
• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Signals or analytical outputs;
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Any unauthorized use of the Platform's intellectual property may subject you to civil liability, criminal prosecution, and immediate termination of your account.

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper, or similar technology to access, extract, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Share, transfer, sell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute your account credentials or access to any third party.
• Redistribute, resell, republish, or commercially exploit any analysis, research reports, scores, or other outputs generated by the Platform.
• Use the Platform to provide investment advisory, portfolio management, or financial planning services to third parties.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Platform in any manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Platform.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion, without refund or recourse.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ASIGNAL, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to use the Platform;
• Any Signal, analysis, recommendation, or output generated by the Platform;
• Any investment or trading decisions made in reliance upon the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account;
• Any third-party content, services, or conduct accessed through the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY YOU TO THE COMPANY DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN SUCH JURISDICTIONS, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ASignal and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; (d) your violation of any rights of any third party; or (e) any investment decisions you make based on information obtained from the Platform.

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS.

The Company does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components; (b) any Signal or analytical output will be accurate, reliable, or complete; (c) any defects in the Platform will be corrected; or (d) the Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Past performance of any research score, assessment, or data output provided by ASignal is no guarantee of future results. All investments involve risk, including the potential loss of principal. Any investment inherently involves a high degree of risk beyond any specific risks discussed herein.

Any analytical outputs, composite scores, or assessments reflect algorithmic processing of publicly available data only. These outputs are not tailored to any individual's financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance, and do not constitute personalized investment advice.

ASignal does not assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of data sourced from third parties, including Yahoo Finance, Reuters, Finnhub, SEC filings, Reddit, or any other data provider. No representation is made that information presented is free from error. All information is current as of the date of publication and is subject to change without notice.

Any projections, price estimates, or forward-looking assessments are based on algorithmic models and publicly available data. Due to rapidly changing market conditions, these outputs may not reflect current market realities. Users should not rely solely on ASignal outputs when making investment decisions and should seek supplemental information from qualified financial professionals.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least thirty (30) days prior to the effective date of such changes.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
